Refund Policy

Customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 7 working days of the item being delivered and this is applicable to all sales of the SFFC Action Pack, where the pack is returned unopened. This cooling-off period is not applicable to the online purchase of registration on the AAA-NORCAP Contact Register, where the details supplied online are added to and checked against existing details on the database within 7 working days of submission.
